So figured I'd add to this topic being the insane person I am so everyone can learn how not to hobby by doing the opposite of what I do. The hardest thing for me is getting bogged down in the details. I want to make sure every little flourish of the model has been touched by my brush and every possible detail is highlighted. I tend to obsess over this and while it does lead to some good looking models it takes for F&$%%G ever. Enjoy and feel free to comment, critic, and hopefully learn from my mistakes!
Oh Age Of Sigmar how I love your awesomely detailed models. This should only take me the rest of my life to finish lol. 40 Bloodreavers, 10 Blood warriors, Mighty Lord of Khorne, Blood Stroker, Blood totem something guy, and a warshrine
I started the Bloodreavers because they would allow me to practice/perfect my paint scheme before I moved on to the more challenging hero, Warshrine, and Blood warriors models. My prototype model for the paint scheme is in the middle.
